Returns & Exchange Policy

At Elizabeth Divine, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. If your order isn’t quite right, we are pleased to offer exchanges only.

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, pieces must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritise replacing the piece as quickly as possible.

Please include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement size or item.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We will cover the shipping cost of sending your replacement item.
